Music ‘N’ Motion

Lori Cohen provides a developmental music program. Class geared for children under 5 years who are walking. All children participate with an adult caregiver. Program will be held in the library's community room where participants can safely social distance. Masks will be required for everyone age 2 and above. Registration is required. Space is limited to the first 10 participants.

Yakety Yak 2

Discuss the book Bad Kitty for President by Nick Bruel. For children in Grade 2 only. All who participate must wear a mask. We will set up seating that practices social distancing. Flu Shot Clinic

Need a flu shot? Come on in! A pharmacist from Save Mor Pharmacy will be on-site to administer flu shots. No registration required. Masks must be worn upon entry to the library, along with social distancing practices.


Demystifying Medicare

This presentation of the Westchester Library System's Westchester Seniors Out Speaking (WSOS) demystifies the various parts of Medicare and lays out the costs associated with medical and drug insurance provided by the government and private companies. Topics include Original Medicare, Medicare Advantage Plans, prescription drug plans, Medigaps (supplemental plans), and other cost-saving programs. This overview will help people currently enrolled in Medicare, those soon to be 65 and planning their retirement, or those assisting relatives and friends with their Medicare decisions. Registration by phone begins September 18. Limited seating. Masks must be worn upon entry into the library, as well as social distancing practices.

FIESTA! With Flor Bromley

A fun, free, bilingual (English/Spanish) music program for children ages 0-5 years old with a parent/caregiver. Flor Bromley teaches Spanish through music, movement, puppetry, and theater-based games. Program will be held in the library's community room where participants can safely social distance. Masks will be required for everyone age 2 and above. Registration is required. Space is limited to the first 10 participants.

Rock ‘N’ Roll for Little Ones

Live guitar, starting with kids classics and American folk songs, then moving on to The Beatles, Chuck Berry and other rock favorites. Children and caregivers alike - get ready to dance and sing with Amy Hersh! For children ages birth to Kindergarten. Program will be held in the library's community room where participants can safely social distance. Masks will be required for everyone age 2 and above. Registration is required. Space is limited to the first 10 participants.
