The Honeybee & Pollinators presentation is a one hour presentation that explores honeybees and the important role they play in our lives, environment, and the plight they are currently experiencing (mass die-offs due to pollution, climate change, etc.) and what we can do to help them.
You will get to see up-close: beekeeping tools and equipment such as a smoker, veil, beekeeper’s suit, hive box, (empty of course!) large glossy pictures of honey bees, and even a frame of live honeybees that will be safely secured in an observation hive!

Program will be held on the library’s front lawn. Please bring a chair or blanket to sit on. Masks are optional outside. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED (One ticket per person).

*Please note: In case of inclement weather, rain date is the following Wednesday 7/14 at 5:30pm. We will contact you by 2pm and your tickets will be automatically transferred if necessary.
