Tai-Chi is a series of slow, gentle, and meditative body movements that help people reduce pain, increase flexibility, improve balance, and cope with stress. Jian-Yang Rong, certified instructor, will be teaching this four-week class (June 4, 11, 18, 25). This class will be taught outdoors, weather permitting. Participants should wear comfortable clothing. Registration begins May 21 via LocalHop and will be limited to the first 15 registrants.
