Tai-Chi is a series of slow, gentle, and meditative body movements that help people reduce pain, increase flexibility, improve balance, and cope with stress. Jian-Yang Rong, certified instructor, will be teaching this four-week class (October 15, 22, 29; November 5). This class will be taught outdoors, weather permitting. Participants should wear comfortable clothing. Registration begins October 1 via LocalHop and will be limited to the first 15 registrants.
