Loading Events

This workshop, led by Yoshimi Arai, will help participants exercise one’s brain and memory; increase one’s focus; feel confident and accomplished; create fingertip sensations to stimulate one’s brain; maintain a peaceful, Zen-like mind; make something fun and useful; create inner happiness; and make new connections with like-minded people. Registration begins February 2 via LocalHop. This class will be limited to the first 15 registrants. Masks must be worn by all participants regardless of vaccination status.
