In Part Four of Mindfulness Meditation, Dr. Joseph Schippa, Ph.D., will again review the basics of mindfulness meditation and extend the practice to compassion for self and others while participants learn Tara Brach’s four-step RAIN meditation. It is not necessary to have attended previous sessions to attend this class. Registration begins October 14 via LocalHop. The Zoom invitation will be sent out one day prior to the program.
