As part of the Contemplative Practices Series led by Dr. Joseph Schippa, Clinical Psychologist, Part II will provide a brief review of the concepts presented in Part I and introduce additional mindfulness practices that can be applied to everyday life with an emphasis on gentle ways to increase attention and concentration. It is not necessary to have participated in Part I to attend this class. Please bring a small piece of food e.g., fruit, cookie, cracker, etc., to the class and water.
