This mother-daughter duo are self-taught, passionate bakers. They explored their love for baking within the last few years but were able to take it more seriously since the lockdown started last year. They have been practicing and learning a lot of baking do’s and don’ts. They started their baking experiments and shared it with their neighbors and got even more motivated with all the encouragement they received from friends and family. They have baked tons of cookies and donated them to the children’s hospital during lockdown. They also conducted several virtual baking classes last summer and have taught many kids how to bake independently or with minimal adult supervision. Leena and Aditi believe that baking can actually help a child’s development in several aspects. Baking builds math skills, enriches oral vocabulary, teaches scientific concepts, boosts reading skills, introduces life skills and also develops fine-motor skills.

Join Leena and Aditi virtually for any of the four terrific baking classes they’ll be hosting! Each class has an individual registration. For children grades 3-12 (parents/caregivers are welcome to participate/supervise). The Zoom link and ingredients list will be emailed to you once you are registered.

Register for this class via LocalHop beginning April 19th
