In this sampling of French baking, we will be learning simple tricks and tips to help our French treats come out exactly the way they are intended. Learn the “my dirty pot method” to the perfect Eclairs, the four tricks to an easy Macaron (no matter what recipe you use), less “eggy” Quiche, and how to cheat on the “never ending fold” of fresh Danishes. Each class will be packed with tricks that are sure to wow your taste buds! Register for one or all classes. A ZOOM link will be sent before the first class.
